  • My rates are based on the length of the session:

    50 minutes - $250

    70 minutes - $350

    90 minutes - $450

    On-site concierge counseling services are available at a fee of $1000/day

  • No, although I will provide you with a social worker receipt which is medical tax deductible.

  • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If less than 24 hours, a full session fee will be charged.

  • Everything you tell me will be kept confidential. The caveats to that is if a disclosure is made where there is significance and immediate risk to your life or the life of a vulnerable person ie, minor or elderly. In this case, the goal is to work with you, first and foremost, to develop a safety plan.

  • Yes, I offer online video sessions using video-conferencing software

  • I prefer a circle of care approach with you and with your health providers. In this way, if you're currently working with an MD, ND, or psychiatrist, for example, I'm happy to work collaboratively with your treatment team to offer you the highest outcome of health.
